Cancellation Policy

Late cancellations and no shows have such an impact on our business, we appreciate having as much notice as possible if you need to cancel.

Cancellations within 48hrs of your appointment will forfeit your deposit. If less than 48 hrs notice is given to reschedule your appointment you will require another deposit.

Cancellations within 24hrs of your appointment will result in a fee of 50% of your appointment.

No showing your appointment will result in a fee of 100% of your appointment.
